Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:
- Database: Your account and receipt data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a secure, globally distributed database.
- Images: Receipt images are stored in Cloudflare R2, an encrypted object storage service.
- Authentication: We use JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for secure authentication.
- Passwords: All passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and AI processing (OCR). Data shared with Cloudflare is governed by their privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access Your Data: View all your receipt data within the App.
- Export Your Data: Export your receipts in CSV or JSON format at any time.
- Delete Your Data: Delete individual receipts or your entire account through the App settings.
- Update Your Information: Modify your account details and preferences.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
